Offers & deals

Once a buyer is ready to act, the deal board tracks every offer across all your leads — its terms, where it stands, and how its documents are moving toward signature.

The deal board

Transactions is your deal board: one place showing every offer you have in play, each with the property, the buyer, the price and terms, the current status, and document progress. Offers are split into active deals and ones that have reached a terminal state, so what still needs work is always front and center.

Offer status

Each offer moves through a clear set of statuses:

  • Draft — being prepared, not yet sent.
  • Submitted — delivered to the other side, awaiting response.
  • Countered — the other party responded with different terms.
  • Accepted — agreed; moving toward close.
  • Declined — turned down.
  • Withdrawn — pulled back by your side.
  • Fell through — accepted but later collapsed.

Documents & e-sign

Offer documents progress through their own signing lifecycle — draft → sent → signed, with declined and voided as off-ramps. The deal board surfaces where each document sits, so you can see at a glance which offers are waiting on a signature and which are fully executed.

Best practices

  • Keep statuses honest. The board is only useful if it reflects reality — update an offer the moment its state changes.
  • Watch the active list daily. Accepted offers with unsigned documents are where deals quietly stall.
  • Tie offers to the conversation. Your buyer's thread is where questions get answered — keep the two in sync.
