No — and that matters. Manaky Homes is an information marketplace. We don't represent buyers or sellers, don't negotiate transactions, and don't set agent fees. Every agent on the platform is an independently licensed Washington broker.
How does Manaky Homes make money?
Listed agents pay subscription fees and disclosed referral fees from their brokerage. Consumers pay nothing. Any compensation we receive is disclosed before any introduction.
What does the public dataset include?
Every listed agent's fee structure, service scope, license info, and disclosed conflicts. No consumer data. The dataset is read-only and free — anyone can access it.
Why no sponsored placement?
Because once we sell rankings, we're a different product — a directory of who paid most, not who fits best. We've written this into our company's founding documents.
