Create your account
Getting started is self-serve. You sign up, set up your whole practice yourself, and the only step on our side is a quick check that your Washington license is active. No waiting on an approval queue to begin.
1. Sign up as an agent
Go to the sign-up page and choose the agent path. You can register with an email and password or with a social login — Manaky uses a hosted, secure sign-in provider, so your password is never stored on our servers.
As soon as you finish, you land on your account dashboard. You can explore everything and start setting up your practice right away — there's no approval queue to sit in first. The dashboard's "Set up your practice" checklist walks you through the rest, and it ticks itself off live as you complete each item.
2. Set up your practice
Everything you need to go live, you do yourself — no forms to submit to us, no back-and-forth. The dashboard checklist covers it:
- Complete your profile — a bio and at least one service-area city, on the Verification page.
- Publish your first fee — see Profile & fees.
- Start your subscription — see Billing.
- Import your client list — bring your book of business into the CRM.
- Reply to your first inquiry — once leads start arriving.
You can do all of this immediately, in any order, while your license check runs in the background.
3. Verify your Washington license
Open Verification from your dashboard and enter your license details:
- Full legal name — as it appears on your Washington real estate license.
- License number — your active WA managing-broker or broker license number.
- Brokerage — the firm you operate under.
Manaky is not a brokerage. Every agent listed is an independently licensed Washington broker operating under their own firm; verification simply confirms you hold an active license so buyers and sellers can trust the directory.
4. Going live
There's no "approval" to wait around for. Your profile goes live on the platform automatically as soon as two things are true:
- Your license is verified, and
- Your subscription is active.
Both your dashboard and the Verification page show a live "Activation" summary so you always know exactly what's left. When both are green, your fee, directory, and messaging tools unlock on their own — there's nothing else to click and no one to email. Until then your dashboard pill simply reads "Not yet public."
Account status reference
Two separate signals tell you where you stand. Your license check shows on the dashboard as one of:
- Pending review — your license details are in our quick check. Set up everything else in the meantime.
- Verified — your license cleared; the verification gate is satisfied.
- Rejected — the details didn't check out. You'll see a note explaining what to fix, and you can update and resubmit.
- Suspended — your standing has been paused (for example, a lapsed license). Your profile is hidden until it's resolved.
Separately, your dashboard pill shows whether you're publicly visible:
- Not yet public — you still need a verified license, an active subscription, or both.
- Live on the platform — both gates are green; buyers can find and message you.
Next steps
The fastest path to a complete, lead-ready presence is: build your profile and publish fees, then start your subscription so you show up in the directory. After that, head to Inbox & CRM to learn how leads flow in.
