Coverage areas

Greater Seattle. King & Snohomish counties.

Wherever you're buying or selling in the region, the goal is the same: agents who serve your area, with their fees published, side by side. Listed agents self-declare their service areas — some narrower, some statewide.

Manaky Homes is not a real estate brokerage. Manaky Homes is a marketplace and information platform; we do not sell, list, or represent properties anywhere.

What "local" means on the platform

Every listed agent self-declares the neighborhoods they actually transact in. Three things to look for in any agent profile:

Verified service area

Agents publish the cities and ZIP codes they serve. The platform cross-checks against recent transaction data where available.

Recent transaction history

Agent profiles disclose closed transactions in the last 12 months by area, where the agent has chosen to publish that data.

Pricing tied to scope

Each agent's pricing card lists what is included at each tier — so "local expertise" reads as a published scope, not a marketing claim.

Don't see your neighborhood?

If it's in King or Snohomish County, listed agents are likely already covering it. Join the waitlist and we'll notify you as soon as the marketplace opens for your area.
