Gordon Stephenson is co-owner and designated broker of Real Property Associates, Inc., which he co-founded with Jay Young in 1991. A Lake Forest Park native, he graduated from Shorecrest High School (1984) and earned an economics degree from Stanford University (1988) before working as a sales agent for MacPherson's and Windermere and then starting RPA.

He oversees 70+ brokers, personally represents buyers and sellers, and manages the firm's commercial real estate division. RPA, originally founded in Edmonds, moved to Seattle's Roosevelt district in 1996. Gordon was an original board member of Zillow.com.
